We are based at Abbey Health Centre in Arbroath and can be contacted on 01241 430303.

We are a referral only service and encourage discussion with your child’s PCS/Guidance teacher prior to contacting our service, however, there is also an option for young people to self refer to our service via a QR code on the school nurse posters which are displayed throughout the school. We are also happy to discuss any concerns over the telephone prior to a referral being made.

Mental health and wellbeing is probably our most used pathway and we frequently provide one to one support to young people for low level mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, low mood, anger and self harm. If appropriate we can refer onto other services if required.
